How far in advance should we book?

The sooner, the better… because the best dates have a bad habit of disappearing. We recommend booking several weeks in advance, especially for weekends and high-demand seasons. Is your party this weekend and you just found us? Don't panic! Message us anyway — if we have availability, we activate Eureka mode and get straight to work.

Do you travel outside of Orange County?

For a good party, we'll go almost anywhere! Our main area is the Hudson Valley and nearby towns, but we can travel further depending on the date, distance, and availability. Send us the address or ZIP code and we'll confirm your options.

Can the entertainment be bilingual?

Accepted Answer

Of course, my friend! ¡Claro que sí! We can run The Eureka Experience in English, Spanish, or a mix of both, depending on your family and guests — because when the party starts, fun needs no translation.

Question 4

How do I book my date?

Accepted Answer

This one's easy! For most of our events we ask for a $50 deposit, which is deducted from the total service price. Once we receive the deposit and confirm the details, your date and time are officially locked into our calendar.

Can you customize the activities for our event?

Accepted Answer

Of course! We adapt games, music, and activities based on ages, group size, theme, and type of celebration. Little kids? We lower the difficulty a bit — not the energy. Older kids? We raise the challenge. Want the adults to join in too? Perfect.

What if I need to change the date or bad weather shows up?

Accepted Answer

We can control the music, the games, and most of the chaos… the weather, not yet. If you need to change the date, let us know as soon as possible — rescheduling is subject to availability and our booking policies. Safety comes first. The party, we can always move.

Is Eureka just for kids?

Kids may be the stars of the show, but a true Eureka Experience loves pulling in the whole family — mom, dad, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents. We want to create those moments where kids and adults end up playing, laughing, and making memories together.
